Thursday dinner

Chicken (or tofu) and spring vegetable coconut curry, served with steamed
coconut jasmine rice, toasted coconut flakes and lime wedges

Friday breakfast:

Sprouted buckwheat porridge, roasted grain free granola and roasted pears
served with yoghurt/coconut yoghurt
Or
Savoury Smokey beans on sourdough (or gluten free bread) with pesto and
fresh tomato and basil salad

Friday lunch

Chicken (or white bean) and vegetables in a rich slow cooked broth, served
with steamed basmati and quinoa with a lemon & herb crunch

Friday dinner

Slow cooked kangaroo (or black bean) and sweet potato chilli, brown rice,
zesty herb and purple cabbage slaw, lemon tahini sauce and pickles

Saturday breakfast

Sprouted buckwheat and millet porridge, toast grain free granola, berry
and apple compote, served with maple yoghurt/coconut yoghurt

Chicken or shiitake mushroom congee served with greens and toasted seeds

Saturday lunch

Roasted root vegetable and quinoa salad with sprouted French lentils (or
shredded chicken), smokey tahini sauce, toasted seeds and fresh greens
