Festival Offering:
Naked Yoga: Start your day with radical presence and self-acceptance—naked, unfiltered, and fully alive. Nudity is natural, liberating, and a profound way to dissolve barriers, soften the ego, and step fully into the moment. This workshop is an invitation to meet yourself and others with nothing to hide.
We’ll move through a Vin Yin practice:
- Gentle, awakening movements to energize your body
- Long, slow yin postures to melt open, release tension, and drop into your body
- Breathwork, awareness of meridians and chakras, and the ritual of de-robing, letting clothes (and layers of inhibition) fall away
This isn’t about performance or looking “sexy.” It’s about connecting with your body exactly as it is, finding liberation in vulnerability, and discovering joy in simply being. Nakedness creates a shared space of authenticity, equality, and human connection.
Bring a mat and a towel, and prepare to celebrate your body, presence, and the simple freedom of being fully yourself. Clothing is optional, though many will choose to embrace the beauty and ease of being naked together.
