Co-Regulation for Connection

It is often said that the opposite of love is fear. While love connects us, fear can create separation. However, fear doesn’t always have to divide us; it can bring us closer if we learn to engage with it openly and curiously. In this workshop, participants will explore how to feel and understand fear intimately, creating a greater sense of safety within themselves.

We will courageously delve into our vulnerability and work towards mastering our unconscious nervous system responses—fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. Through a guided, experiential journey, we will deepen our awareness of our connection and disconnection patterns, fostering a sense of safety that allows us to let go and surrender.

We will dismantle the unconscious walls of protection that, while keeping us safe, also keep us separate. Instead, we’ll learn to develop conscious boundaries that promote safety and connection. The workshop will involve various dyadic practices to cultivate deeper intimacy and sensitivity, concluding with a belly-to-belly breath meditation. Together, we will dissolve the barriers that separate us and unite as a single current of love.
