Lydia is a somatic intimacy coach and tantric bodyworker devoted to exploring intimacy as an art and pleasure as a source of power.
Passionate about connection, she invites deeper presence with the body, sensation and one another. Her work explores intimacy as something to be felt, cultivated and celebrated – a living practice of awareness, reverence and play.
Through conscious touch, relational practices and embodied awareness, Lydia creates spaces where sensitivity awakens and authentic connection begins to unfold. A central thread in Lydia’s work is the awakening of sexual energy as a natural life force. She believes this energy – when approached with awareness and care – can become a powerful source of vitality, confidence, creativity and connection.
