Offerings:
- Rooted-Embodied Living 🌶️
Rooted is an invitation to return to the ground of your being. Remembering the deep intelligence, steadiness and presence that moves our life force, our sensuality, our sexuality, and our heart
When we are rooted, we can truly grow. To be rooted is to become a vessel for life itself — open enough for consciousness to pour through us, strong enough to hold both light and shadow. In rooted presence, we no longer fear the darkness within ourselves.
This workshop explores the inversion of the conditioning that taught us to fear the dark. What if the darkness is not something to escape, rather a sacred portal to enter? What if the void holds intelligence, rest, nourishment, and profound transformation?
Pierce the darkness with the light of consciousness and discover the nurturing bliss of deeply being held by life. Rooted is a journey into embodied trust.
- Devotion of the Heart
Devotion of the Heart is a sacred exploration of reverence, intimacy, and embodied connection — An invitation into deeper union with life, divinity, yourself, and others. A cultivation of devotion as a living prayer to intimacy.
Guided through practices of sacred touch, presence, reverence and awareness you will learn to honour another as a mirror of yourself — touching as though touching the most precious jewel. An invitation into feeling the elemental nature of another — their fire, tenderness, softness, strength, and fragility — and meeting them with deep care, love, and presence. This workshop explores the vulnerability and beauty of receiving. You will soften into deeper receptivity, witnessing where resistance, guilt, shame, or the need to control arises, and gently surrender into the heart.
Devotion of the Heart is an invitation into sacred intimacy, embodied presence, and the remembrance that loving another deeply is ultimately an act of loving the divine within yourself.
