Julie Hayes

Bio:

Julie Hayes is a singer, songwriter and voice mentor whose work weaves together live music, voice,

body-based practices and nature-centered spirituality.

Anchored in the knowing that the voice is a powerful gateway for creation, Julie’s offerings

support people to listen deeply to the truth of what they want and need, and to move

authentically from that place.

Participants are invited to soften patterns of repression, reclaim their

aliveness and remember the creative power within their own voice.

Known for her warm, grounded and intuitive facilitation style, Julie creates spaces where there

is no performance to attain and no ‘right way’ to sound…only permission to feel, explore and

be true to the moment.

Her approach encourages curiosity over perfection and presence over

performance, inhabiting authenticity as an act of liberation.

Through her workshops, ceremonies and performances, Julie offers a heartfelt invitation to

return to the body, awaken the senses and live a more inspired life.

Opening Desire Through The Voice 🌶️

What happens when we allow the voice to become a pathway for desire, truth, and aliveness?

In this workshop, we’ll explore the connection between voice, sensuality and embodied expression. Through breath, sound, body percussion and vocal exploration, you’re invited to soften, awaken creative energy and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

Together we’ll explore how desire lives in the body and how your voice is a pathway to presence, pleasure, intimacy, vulnerability and self-expression.

Expect a nourishing blend of:

  • Guided vocal activation
  • Breath and embodiment practices
  • Sounding and resonance exploration
  • Partner and group connection exercises
  • Playfulness and permission

Come as you are, be it curious, shy, expressive, sensual or uncertain. This space welcomes all voices and all levels of singing experience.

  • Harvesting The Gold 🌶️

Harvesting the Gold is a dedicated integration space, supporting you to gather the wisdom of your Taste Of Love experience and anchor it in your body, heart and nervous system.

This is an opportunity to slow down and reflect because what we receive in these potent spaces only becomes truly valuable when it is felt, digested and embodied.

Guided by live song, this workshop offers a gentle, supportive container for self-reflection.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Gentle practices for grounding and integration
  • Reflective partner exercises to witness and be witnessed
  • Journaling and inward inquiry
  • Music and song as a mirror for insight
  • Space to honour your experience

Allow yourself to rest and receive the richness of your own experience…to harvest what is truly yours.
