Offerings:
- Pleasure Movement 🌶️
Pleasure Movement is an embodied practice of self-connection designed to gently resource the nervous system through the healing power of pleasure.
With intention, participants are guided into a journey where music supports a somatic exploration through the elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. Using touch, breath, sound, and movement, you are invited into a simple yet powerful enquiry: How can I move my body in such a way that brings me more Pleasure?
Drawing inspiration from Adrienne Maree Brown’s Pleasure Activism, Michaela Boehm’s Non-Linear Movement Method, Ecstatic Dance practices, and 5 Elements Touch approaches, this offering weaves together a unique, trauma-informed experience. It invites a deeper connection to the body, cultivating self-awareness, self-trust, and an embodied sense of care.
This is a space centred on personal exploration and inner connection. While we journey together in a shared environment, the focus remains on your own experience rather than interaction with others.
This is an inclusive space open to people of all genders, bodies, and identities.
(Optional inclusion, depending on the tone TOL is going for)
The space is clothing optional. Participation always honours personal choice, boundaries, and consent. There is no explicit sexual interaction or genital touch within the practice.
- The Inner Beloved 🌶️
The Inner Beloved is an embodied exploration of our Inner Romance with our Inner Masculine, Inner Feminine or Inner Other, depending on who the Beloved is to you.
The Inner Beloved draws on psychotherapeutic practices such as parts work, attachment theory and somatic embodiment to explore our Inner Romance and how we can cultivate secure, loving attachment within self, and with others.
