DJ Rahel & Corqi
Bio: Rahel is a DJ, MC, creative educator and event producer Her musical style and taste is eclectically evolving, tailored to the moment covering many genres of house music – her true love. Rahel plays to the moment and from the heart and her sets incorporate deep, tribal, funky, progressive, Latin, bass, world, tech and organic.
She is known for ample dollops of driving bass lines amidst eclectic vocal samples and atmospheric builds ~ inspired by the way language touches and moves us. In 2023, Rahel co-birthed a new high vibration event, Mystic Valley, with her production partner Corqi.
They ran their first multi day festival with Sacred Hearts at NYE 2023/4 and have run multiple sell-out events. They played together at TOL in 2024 and brought the energy for a Saturday night ecstatic dance. Rahel plays regularly around the Tweed and Byron Bay shire at boutique events and festivals, including Mystic Valley, Balcony Beats, Nudge Nudge, Sacred Hearts and they collab with Lab Leaked Beats in a separate project called Wild Rumpus. She has been fortunate enough grace stages at Earth Frequency, Rabbits Eat Lettuce, Love Camp, Nudge Nudge Wink Wink and Clitoverse and opened as a support act for Mood Swing and Chevy Bass and Uone.
