Tarah has been enchanted by the magic and life changing benefits of yoga since age 11. After completing her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2010 Tarah went on a journey to explore the raw beauty of India and origins of yoga. Since then Tarah has completed further yoga education and is trained as a specialised yoga teacher, partner yoga teacher and kids yoga teacher.
Yoga has led her to have wonderful connections and adventures all over the world. She has been sharing yoga with communities, children and adults for the past 9 years in Australia and abroad.
Tarah is the global trainer of Rainbow Partner Yoga and manages the international training organisation of Rainbow Yoga.
Tarah started training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) over four years ago and integrated her daily yoga practice into her training regime. She develops BJJ specific yoga and teaches yoga at local academies, BJJ seminars and international camps. Tarah is a Blue Belt at Southside Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Burleigh Heads and part of the Australian Girls in Gi community.
Living a plant based lifestyle Tarah experiences more energy, improved recovery time and better performance when teaching and training. She lives an action packed life full of adventure, work and travel, manages a global organisation and gives back by volunteering for the Youth Service to help youth at risk through movement, self-defense and yoga.
Tarah has been involved in the Taste of Love Festival for 3 years and weaves tantric practices into the movement experiences she delivers in the community and globally. Recently sharing partner yoga with elements of conscious touch, tantra, acro and yoga massage at the biggest conscious yoga festivals in Barcelona and London.
