Born and raised in the UK, Isy sustained a devastating spinal injury at 17 while training for world level trampolining. Living with debilitating spinal pain she nevertheless achieved a BSc in Psychology and PhD research on play behaviour as a necessary element for effective learning. On a working visit to Australia at 27, Bowen therapy changed her life with miraculous improvement in pain and mobility. She became one of the world’s top facilitators and trainers, bringing it to the UK for the first time in 1993.15 years ago, still suffering from recurrent depression, Isy came across “Family Constellations”. Profoundly impressed by its effectiveness and realising the connection between ancestral trauma and the issues that affect our lives, she became deeply involved with the work. First coordinating, then training and facilitating, she’s evolved the work into the “Energenetics” format that’s more embodied, deeply felt, and creates shifts for everyone present.Isy’s life experience also includes 20 years organising programs with the Tantric Gyuto Monks of Tibet. She loves assisting on the ISTA Shamanic sexuality trainings and is now the joint organiser for the Sydney trainings. She is a mother, daughter, sister, and lover and lives on the Far South Coast NSW.“I now live with such joy in my life. Having come through the darkest of places, participants feel able to bring their deepest issues and shifts naturally arise in the open field created.”Isy’s search has been to find processes that truly clear physical and emotional pain and trauma from the body and the mind. “Energenetic” Constellations are the culmination of this, in which she weaves her spiritual and shamanic perspective with her personal and professional experience in bodywork and psychology. Isy is also Volunteer team leader and coordinator at “Taste of Love” 2020!
