This workshop is about spending time together and creating bliss with a paired movement experience. Spend quality time connecting with your love or new friends. Experience the physical and mental support that comes from teaming up in partner yoga. Try inversions, paired balances and exercises in communication and trust.
This movement experience is for couples and friends. We set intentions and discover that size doesn’t matter, what matters is how we work together with the breath and body. We move with pleasure, explore conscious touch and elements of massage.
Experiment with friends, partners and community by receiving their weight in poses, and them receiving you. Enjoy the ecstatic benefits of practicing yoga and explore elements of thai yoga massage in pairs.
Interactive and Experiential parts
This workshop includes interactive partner yoga and elements of thai yoga massage. We will explore conscious touch, verbal and non-verbal communication, trust exercises, partner inversions and balances. In groups of two and circle yoga there are experiential practices moving the breath and body as one. Playing with a partner to explore desires through movement and allowing this to continue with loving touch and partner massage.
