Movement Meditation

Start the day with an empowering meditation with a difference.

Our Master of Ceremonies Peter Walker will lead a guided meditation featuring voice and music that activates theta brain patterns, inducing deep relaxation and providing a mesmerising journey to open a doorway to an enhanced Sunday experience.

In every situation our first “go to” is to our normal pattern, our normal response to every stimuli. In this guided meditation we will use gentle movement, sound and suggestion to access a different pattern with which to experience the day, for the duration of the festival. In shamanic terms the outcome of this meditation experience would be described as a shift of the assemblage point.

Together we will develop an option for participants to choose their new pattern not only for the duration of the Taste of Love experience, but to take it out into the world with them.

All of this will be contained within a gentle movement and meditation format that will relax the mind, give flow to the emotions, transform the energy of the physical body and the illuminate the spirit.

Bring water, comfortable clothing, a cushion if desired and an open mind and heart.
