Christine Borch is a Danish choreographer, dancer, singer, songwriter, spiritual midwife and light warrior living as a contemporary nomad. She has been studying the human medicines of movement, meditation and massage in Denmark, England and Japan, exploring conscious sexuality in Berlin and studying plant Shamanism with indigenous tribes of Huni Kuin and Yawanawa in the Amazon forest of Brazil.
The core of Christine’s work is based on experimenting with physical, sexual and spiritual processes of transformation within choreographic and ceremonial structures. Christine presents her ceremographies, songs and workshops throughout the world grounded in her own lived experience and drawing from all aspects of her Life Art inspired by Somatic Movement, Contact Improvisation, BDSM, Tantra, Continuum, Tao Yoga, Poetry, Permaculture and Shamanism.
Since 2015 Christine lives in her yurt on the island of Møn in Denmark sharing her Life Art inside the nomadic project Drømmesalen.
